From Stephen Lawhead's trilogy, "King Raven", the Robin Hood legends if they were true. ^___~ It's set in Wales, around 1092 AD, and this is Bran ap Brychan, aka Rhi Bran y Hud, meaning King Raven the Enchanter in Gaelic (get it? Rhibran y Hud...Ribran y Hood...Ribani Hood...Roban Hood...Robin Hood?).

Well, I don't think Welsh people are particularly tall, and...he looks kinda like a girl. But he /is/ dark! ^___^

Anyway...I loooooove those books. Anyone who has not read them, and likes Celtic/Irish/Welsh/Scottish/English stuff, should. And buy any Celtic Woman CDs to give an ambience while you read. Heh heh...
